Make Promises Happen "Changing Lives One Camp at a Time"

Make Promises Happen is a program of Central Christian Camp and Conference Center, which provides outdoor recreational opportunities to individuals with special needs. The program serves youth and adults ages 6 and older with any disability. Each Make Promises Happen camper is paired with a volunteer counselor. Campers enjoy fishing, boating, arts & crafts, swimming, archery, dances, talent shows and much more at MPH events throughout each year. MPH events take place throughout the year with weekends and week-long camp events. Following is the Flyer for all of Make Promises Happen's on-site programs for 2010.

If you are interested in signing up as a camper please complete the 2010 Make Promises Happen Camper Registration Form below and return it with the appropriate deposit amounts. Make Promises Happen provides payment plans and scholarship assistance to any camper who cannot afford the camp fees, please mark the appropriate areas on the form.

Once registered, you will receive or can print a Medical and Information Form. This form is due no later than 15 days prior to the first event you are planning to attend. This year we will not be requiring a separate Medical and Information Form for each event you attend. However if anything changes with your medical condition or your medication you must request and return a new Medical and Informational Form.

If you are interested in volunteering as a camp counselor please print, complete and mail the Volunteer application below. Volunteers must be 15 years of age or older. Volunteers who are accepted will receive a notification by phone or email. At that point volunteer counselors may request to volunteer at any of the Make Promises Happen events they are available to attend. Volunteers assigned to campers according to camper's needs and volunteer's experience.
